1、 Deep sea oil and gas engineering

1. Subsea pipeline connection system

Using TC4 titanium ring as the flange seal, it can withstand a pressure of 10MPa corresponding to a water depth of 1000 meters. In the 10000 meter level scenario, β - type titanium alloy is selected to enhance the compressive strength by more than 100MPa;

Supporting deep-sea pipeline joints, zero leakage is achieved through vacuum electron beam welding, with a seawater corrosion resistance rate of less than 0.001mm/year and a lifespan of more than 30 years.

2. Pressure resistant structural components

The titanium alloy sleeve ring is used for oil and gas wellhead blowout preventers, and its resistance to H ₂ S stress corrosion is 5 times better than stainless steel.

2、 Chemical and Energy Equipment

1. Core equipment for chlor alkali industry

The titanium ring sealing component of the electrolytic cell is in service in a 32% caustic soda solution, with a corrosion rate of less than 0.01mm/year. When combined with TA19 alloy anode, the current efficiency is increased to 97%;

The PTA oxidation reactor adopts titanium lined rings, breaking through the material failure bottleneck in the acetic acid+bromide environment and achieving 10-year maintenance free operation.

2. New energy system

Titanium rings, as support components for cooling system bundles in nuclear reactors, are resistant to pure water corrosion at 300 ℃ and have a lower radiation creep rate than zirconium alloys;

The titanium sealing ring of the hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plate is coated with platinum on the surface to reduce the contact resistance to 5m Ω· cm ².

3、 Aerospace field

Aircraft engine combustion chamber: TC4 titanium ring is used for high-temperature gas sealing, and the temperature resistance is improved to 1100 ℃ by laser cladding YSZ thermal barrier coating.

Spacecraft fuel storage tank: TA7 titanium ring has excellent low-temperature toughness and is suitable for liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen media.

Flight control hydraulic system: Precision honing of titanium alloy servo valve ring to Ra 0.2 μ m ensures zero leakage in high-pressure oil circuit.

4、 Automotive manufacturing upgrade

1. Lightweight powertrain system

The titanium ring housing of the turbocharger replaces cast iron parts, reducing weight by 40% and achieving a temperature resistance of 950 ℃ to exhaust gas corrosion;

The TC4 titanium alloy connecting ring of the transmission shaft has achieved zero failure after 100000 cycles of torsional fatigue, with a specific strength of 29.

2. Application of new energy vehicles

The titanium ring head of the hydrogen energy storage tank adopts the super plastic forming process, and the wall thickness is reduced to 3mm while maintaining a pressure bearing capacity of 70MPa.

5、 Special industrial scenarios

1. Semiconductor manufacturing equipment

High purity TA2 titanium ring is used for etching chamber sealing, with surface electrolytic polishing to Ra<0.4 μ m to avoid wafer contamination;

2. 3D printing equipment

Preparation of porous titanium rings using powder bed melting forming process, with a porosity of 50-70%, suitable for customized filtration systems.
